FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS: Before registration, submit the certified true copy of grades for evaluation and certificate of good Moral character.
Get your schedule for the entrance examination from the Guidance Center
Submit the following documents at least one (1) week before the scheduled entrance examination:
Fully accomplished application form.
Photocopy of the current 4th year high school grades.
Two recommendation letters from either the school principal, teachers and guidance counselors in the prescribed form.
Two (2) photocopies each of the birth (with local civil registry no.) and baptismal certificates.

Entrance Examinations
All students applying for admission must sit an Entrance Examination at the University.
The Entrance Examination consists of aptitude tests in English and Mathematics, followed by a personal interview. The entrance exam is held on different days for different courses. Applicants can confirm the days on which interviews are held, and the day on which they should personally attend, by telephoning the Admissions Office.
On the day of the Entrance Examination applicants should:
Arrive at the University at 8.00 am
Bringing three passport size photographs
The original and a copy of their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examination results and of their School

Scholarship and Loan Program Honor
For the granting of scholarships, UCEMA take into account academic performance, the result of the entrance examination and the applicant's financial need. In all cases, the scholarships assigned to cover 50% of the cost of the Carrera.
The University may request the student received a part-time payment in different areas of the institution, and whenever these tasks do not interfere with the student's academic performance.

Entrance Requirements
Students who have been accepted for admission into the College are eligible to matriculate into any degree program sponsored by the Business and Information Technology Department. Accounting students will benefit from having a good math background including high school algebra and other advanced math classes.
Scheduling
All new students will initially register through the Academic Advising Office of the College. After the initial registration process, students will be assigned an academic advisor in the Department. Schedules in semesters subsequent to the first semester will be completed in conjunction with the assigned academic advisor.
