The UBC Diploma in Accounting Program is open to:
University business degree graduates with a non-accounting major.
University degree graduates from a non-business program.
Mature applicants (GMAT test results and documented accounting-related work experience required).

Scholarship of Accounting at Mountain View College

Course Technology Scholarship

This scholarship, established January of 2006, is designed to provide support for students currently enrolled in Computer Science Courses at Mountain View College. The scholarship monies are provided through the generosity of Course Technology and Thomson Publishers.

Criteria for Selection Course Technology recipients must be,
U.S. Citizen.

Application Process
Students must submit the following documentation to the division/department encompassing the Computer Science discipline at Mountain View College,

Evidence of current enrollment in one or more Computer Science Courses

Selection Process
The full-time faculty of Mountain View College will review submissions and determine awardees and amounts. Preference will be given to students currently classified as sophomores.

Deadline For application: Last week of March to Computer Science department

Forwarding of awardees applications to Financial Aid Office:
No later than April 15th

Notification to awardees: No later than May 1st

Scholarships of Accounting at Rock Valley College

You may need to obtain a separate application form for any outside scholarship for which you wish to apply. Keep in mind that each scholarship program has its own application procedures and deadlines.

Rock Valley College offers funding assistance provided by private donors, the RVC Foundation, and other state and community sources. New and current full-time and part-time students are encouraged to apply. Scholarship applications may be obtained from the Financial Aid office in the Student Center on the main campus. Scholarship application materials must be submitted to the Financial Aid office by the May 19, 2008 deadline.

COLLEGE LEVEL

Register at the Guidance Center and pay Php350.00 at the Finance Office for application and testing fee.

FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS: Before registration, submit the certified true copy of grades for evaluation and certificate of good Moral character.

Get your schedule for the entrance examination from the Guidance Center
Submit the following documents at least one (1) week before the scheduled entrance examination:
Fully accomplished application form.
Photocopy of the current 4th year high school grades.
Two recommendation letters from either the school principal, teachers and guidance counselors in the prescribed form.
Two (2) photocopies each of the birth (with local civil registry no.) and baptismal certificates.
FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS: photocopy of the Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR). Student Visa/Study Permit and Passport. Four (4) of recent, identical passport size pictures.

Take the entrance examination on the designated day.
Follow-up test results one (1) week after the examination.
Successful examinies come for an interview with one of the parents and submit the original 4th year high school card (Form 138). Transfer students must submit original certified true copy of grades and transfer credential / honorable dismissal.
