Equivalent or lower qualifications (ELQs)

Due to changes in Government policy, students applying to study at Universities in England on courses which have equivalent or lower qualification aims than qualifications already gained by the student (regardless of the awarding institution) will not attract government funding subsidies. Students who fall into this category will be charged a higher, non-subsidised tuition fee.

Coventry University reserves the right to charge the higher non-subsidised tuition fee in the event that a student has not fully disclosed their highest gained qualification. Students must ensure that they immediately inform Coventry University if they gain a higher qualification between the date of application to Coventry University and the date of enrolment at the University.
Please note: All fees may be subject to change
